I agree with S. F. Hazell's review in that to make flour you can run it through three times, and I burned plenty of calories doing this. I also wound up with metal fragments in the flour and threw it all out. The instructions state the handle must turn freely so never over tighten the adjustment, which I'm sure I did. Set the handle at 3 or 9 o'clock and loosen the adjustment until the handle drops freely. This will be your grinding limit. Also the mill I have is marked Made In China. Go figure! So if you want biceps like Arnold Swartzineggar. . . this baby's for you. Grind away!
